An irreverent multi-generational comedy from Robb and Mark Cullen sparked a bidding war among multiple networks. It has just landed at the network that boasts the top family comedy on the air right now, ABC. Like Modern Family, the new single-camera project, titled Safe At Home, hails from 20th Century Fox TV.
Safe At Home centers on a strong-willed, divorced, single mother who has to move back home with her salty, former career-minor-league-baseball-playing widower father and raise her son while navigating her new community and situation as she coaches her son’s little league team. In addition to writing, the Cullen brothers are executive producing with Aaron Kaplan of Kapital Entertainment.

Ist halt schwierig geworden erfrischend zu sein, es gibt halt die Hits und dann fliegen ständig Neustarts raus. Da ich nur wenige Comedies lustig finde, stört mich das nicht wirklich. Warten wir mal die nächsten Wochen ab. Heute zB startet die Michael J. Fox Comedy.
