Seit etlichen Jahren geplant und immer wieder verschoben. Jetzt sieht es so aus, als würde die Serienadaption von JCs Actionsatire True Lies ihren Weg auf die Schirme finden.
James Cameron is reportedly developing a TV series based off his 1994 film True Lies. The original movie centered on a family man (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger) living a double-life as a spy, and his wife (played Jamie Lee Curtis) who wants more excitement in her life. Action-comedy ensues. According to Deadline, the project is being shopped to the networks with Rene Echevarria (The 4400) is the writer/showrunner, and is executive producing with Cameron and Lightstorm Entertainment’s Rae Sanchini and Jon Landau.

Ich brauche erstmal Castingnews bevor ich das was zu sagen kann. Bis auf Tom Arnold wird sich wohl keiner aus dem Filmcast blicken lassen. Auch wenn’s toll wäre Arni und Curtis in ner Serie zu sehen.
