Meanwhile, Katie and Jerry once again represent Joseph Washington who is being persecuted in his home town for a crime he did not commit.

Eine Frau hat den Plan, sich an den Mörder ihrer Tochter zu rächen und bittet Alan um einige Tipps, wie man am besten nicht verurteilt wird:p

verrückte Alte: I would like to kill this man, and be found not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. I’d like you to advise me as to what legal steps I must take in order to accomplish this.

Alan: On a positive note I can tell you, for what it’s worth, you seem totally insane.
verrückte Alte: Oh, thank you. How best do I legally establish that? I need to know exactly?

Und wo Dennys Interessen liegen, wissen wir ja:

Denny: Would I like her?
Alan: She’s female, has a pulse…

Denny wurde dann auch schnell abserviert, da die verrückte Alte lieber noch einen schwarzen Anwalt hätte und Denny nicht ins Bild passt. Somit ist also Whitney mit dabei!

Alan: How do you feel about murder trials?[…] I need you to take one as second chair. Would you come with me?
Whitney: Ok, if that’s a line, um, you’re too old and too fat.
Alan: Not too old…

verrückte Alte: I said “hello” first.

Alan: You’re not sounding very insane.
verrückte Alte: I’m better now. It was temporary insanity.

Njah, also was den auslösenden Faktor betrifft: Gott hat zu ihr gesprochen und gesagt, dass sie diesen Typen in de Kopf schießen soll, so bin ich gespannt, wie Alan das in seinen Fall packen will, das klingt doch recht abgehoben:p

Anklage: She executes people–
Alan: Only the ones who murder her children and since my client is now fresh out of kids, I would submit that there is nobody left for Patrice Kelly to shoot.

und dann stellt Alan quasi die Verteidigung des Mörders (vorübergehende Unzurechnungsfähigkeit) als sehr opportunistisch/fast schon negativ dar und plädiert dann aber ebenfalls auf temporary insanity:p

In der nächsten Folge wird der Fall also fortgesetzt..ich bin gespannt!

Katie und Jerry..hmm, also mich hat der Fall nen bissel genervt!#hm# Das war einfach zu viel..vorallem natürlich der Mord an dem Klienten. Das hätte imo nicht sein müssen!

Die Folge war schon etwas besser als die vorherige, aber trotzdem nicht allzu überzeugend.

Alan hat einen sehr interessanten Fall, darum hat er ihn ja auch angenommmen :p Ich hoffe allerdings, es wird noch spannender.

Lorraine nervt weiterhin nur. Die sollte man schnell ersetzen #regie#

Katie und Jerry verbeißen sich da in ihren Fall. Bin schon fast erleichtert, dass es bald vorbei sein wird. Ich hoffe jetzt nur noch, dass sie nicht eigenmächtig auch noch auf Mördersuche gehen /
